For most stand contractors, last-minute projects are a taboo (it’s hard to find available specialists when your team is already busy with other projects; it’s difficult to explain to the client why the price is 30–50% higher; sourcing materials whose delivery can take two weeks or more is a challenge, etc.). But Astral Exhibition Group💫 specializes precisely in such projects — not only in Europe, but worldwide. The project for UIM (a subsidiary of the state company “Ukrspecexport”), which I am truly proud of, was exactly one of these cases. The stand area was 150 m², with 5-meter-high walls, and the most challenging part was that it was an outdoor project. In a very short time, we had to develop the design in accordance with the client’s technical brief and the exhibition requirements, prepare all technical documentation, and complete structural and static calculations. 130 exhibitors, hundreds of guests, including the Prime Minister of Poland and generals from across Europe. The stand came to life from the very first minutes of the exhibition opening. The stand featured materials suitable for outdoor use, special paintwork for freestanding elements, two VIP meeting rooms with custom-made exclusive tables, a large multimedia screen, and a huge UKRAINE sign made of acrylic with internal lighting, visible from afar.
